Warranty on Protier Online Shopping

Limited Warranty
All products sold by Protier Industries, LLC are warranted for one year, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products removed and reinstalled after initial installation. This limited warranty does not apply to products, which have been misused, altered or used under excessive operating conditions, beyond manufactures instructions.
The liability of Protier Industries, LLC is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective parts. Protier cannot be held liable for the cost of any related products, labor claims or incidental expenses. Further more Protier cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages, personal injuries or damage of property.

Transportation
Protier Industries, LLC will not be responsible for any transport costs for new or rebuilt parts to the buyer or defective parts from the buyer or of the defective parts from buyer to Protier.

Limitation of Liability
Protier Industries, LLC, shall not be liable for any damages occasioned by default or delay in performance caused by war, government restrictions, or restraints, strikes, material shortages beyond control of Protier Industries, LLC. All warranties are non-transferable. Commercial vehicles are not covered under this warranty. Return Policy Any parts purchased on Protierind.com web site can be returned in 30 days. The parts must be unused and must be in original packing. To return parts, you have to take an RGA number from our office and invoice number should come with shipment, so proper credit can be issued. There is restocking fee of 20% for returned parts.

Core Return Policy
On some Protier parts, we require you to return the original OEM part back to us. This is called core. Core deposit charge will be shown on the pricing. If you were charged core deposit on your invoice, it will be refunded back to you when core part is received back from you. Return of core is responsibility of the customer and they have to make sure u ship it to us. Once we see prepaid shipping label, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping.
